One sunny Sunday per month @ Zürich See, Höschgasse (tram stop), beside ZAZ on the grass at the lake. From 14:30 (Lake clean-up) then 15:30 – until Sunset is the SunJam session.

We are a grassroots community based in Zurich, Switzerland. When asked what does community mean to us, we think of: acceptance, positive energy, human connections, community engagement, respect for the environment and authentic friendships. We connect on a human level through art and music while uniting musicians, dancers, lovers of art through unified sound and movement. Our contribution to breaking down the Swiss social barriers through music and movement!
When I swapped Canada for Switzerland, I quickly noticed something was missing here in Zürich, a buzzing, inclusive music and welcoming music scene! And to top it off, I kept encountering the famous cold, Swiss social walls. When I asked the Swiss about it, they would shrug and say, “That’s just how it is here. You cant change it!”
That moment was the birth of Zurich SunJam; a magical melting pot of insanely talented musicians, artists, and music lovers from all walks of life, coming together through rhythm and dance, spending a sunny Sunday together in unity.
Fast-forward a few years, and the SunJam tribe has exploded into a thriving, unstoppable community! One jam at a time, we’re proving that music, creativity, and human connection can break down any barrier.
At SunJam, music is the heartbeat, and egos get left at the door. So bring your good vibes, your love for music, and let’s make some magic together! 🎶✨🔥
